Twinco Acquisition LLC d/b/a Twinco Supply (“Twinco”), a subsidiary of Power-Flo Technologies has purchased the assets of Twinco Supply Corp. and will expand its operations to three new locations in Huntington Station, Long Island City, and Manhattan. The acquisition expands PFT’s market, enhances its product lines, and provides it with the ability to offer additional products and solutions serving HVAC mechanical contractors.
Jerry DiCunzolo, Owner and President of Power-Flo Technologies stated that the company “is unique in its multi-faceted approach of providing services, supplies, and solutions to our customers’ projects from conception to completion, by offering in-house engineering, supplies, and support solutions.
