This lunch & learn first introduces attendees to the definition of a standard, their general function and specifically which standards are important for control panels. It then explains some of the more significant changes recently made to both the UL508a and NFPA79 electrical standards. In conclusion, attendees will be shown links to some web resources available to access additional information on US electrical standards and control panel design.
